Starters

Pork and Pecan Pinwheels
Pork tenderloin grilled and stuffed with bacon, pecans, and brown sugar.  $8

Crab & Avocado Salad
Layers of crabmeat, avocado, tomatoes, and greens served with a rice wine and lemon vinaigrette.  $9

St. Valentine’s Salad
Field greens, candied pecans, red onion, mandarin oranges, and strawberries tossed with raspberry vinaigrette and finished with a balsamic drizzle.  $7

 

Entrées

Filet Mignon and Shrimp
Angus beef filet cooked to your liking, topped with a giant grilled shrimp and herbed butter.  Served with layered au gratin potatoes and garden green beans with bacon.  $34

Salmon en Croute
Grilled salmon with spinach and cheese wrapped in flaky pastry and cooked until golden brown with asparagus cream sauce.  $21

Pork Mignon
Bacon wrapped pork medallion grilled with garlic mashed potatoes and Mediterranean ratatouille and corn polenta.   $20

Capon Jambone
Chicken breast and wing stuffed with C of O ham and asparagus, topped with Boursin herb cheese sauce with wild rice with dried cherries and pine nuts.  $20

Steak Diane
A classic dish made with beef tenderloin medallions and a cracked black pepper pan sauce flambéed with mustard and cream.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and garden green beans with bacon.  $28

Ten layers of moist chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, and chocolate buttercream served with dairy-fresh whipped cream and raspberry sauce.  $15
