Mushrooms, leeks, with seared scallops with a cream sauce

Field greens with pears and pine nuts with goat cheese panna cotta

 


 

Stuffed Scottish Salmon
Salmon fillet stuffed with spinach, mushrooms and artichokes on a bed of asparagus risotto with roasted red pepper coulis

Filet Mignon 
Hand-cut aged Angus beef filet grilled and served with sauce Foyot.  Mashed potatoes, asparagus and quartered mushrooms

Chicken Oscar
European-cut chicken with lump crabmeat, asparagus, Kefir and Thai basil hollandaise. Served with multigrain blend

Rack of Lamb
Lamb basted with herbed Dijon mustard and seasoned bread crumbs, fennel mashed potatoes with demi-glace and oven-dried Roma tomatoes
