Privacy
The Keeter Center and College of the Ozarks uses Google Analytics to analyze user activity in order to improve its website. Users’ information is never shared or sold. Using Google Analytics permits evaluation of aggregate patterns such as the average number of sessions a user views or the duration the user remains on a given page. Such analysis permits insights about how to improve the functionality and experience of the website. Website users who do not want their data collected with Google Analytics can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To opt-out of Analytics for the web, visit the Google Analytics opt-out page https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and install the add-on for your browser. Text Messaging (SMS)
Dobyns Dining Room at The Keeter Center sends text messages to guests who opt in, covering reservation confirmations, reminders, changes, waitlist and table-ready notifications, and private dining coordination. Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you’ll get one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP or call (417) 239-1900 for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of making a reservation or purchasing any goods or services. You must be 18 or older, or have the account holder’s permission, to enroll.
Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and reservation management providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are used solely to send the messages described above.
