Crisp iceberg lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, chopped crisp bacon, and grated hard-boiled egg. Served with choice of blue cheese or balsamic vinaigrette

Holiday Spinach Salad

Baby spinach leaves with candied pecans, roasted butternut squash, and pumpkin vinaigrette


Third course

Kansas City Strip Steak

14oz. hand-cut strip steak cooked to desired doneness

Broiled Lobster Tail

South African tail served with drawn sweet cream butter

Chicken Chop Oscar style

Pan-seared French cut chicken breast with lump crab, fresh asparagus and topped with sauce Béarnaise

Mixed Vegetable Curry

Cauliflower, broccoli, onion, zucchini, and diced potatoes slowly simmered in yellow curry served over steamed Jasmine rice with green onion naan.

Layers of crisp pastry with custard cream, blackberry fondant icing, and served with blackberry compote
